1. Returns Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used candles or items that have been altered from their original condition.

3. Return Process

  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item.

Upon review, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement of the damaged product, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
